Pricing Info
I have updated my pricing for the first time since 2021. Below you can find my price lists. Pricing varies depending on medium, size, and complexity of the work. Turn around for a commission is currently 2-3 months for large pieces, 1 month for smaller works. This includes the concept phase with the client to my work time on the project in the studio.
Mural work is $10.00 per square foot and has a 1 month turn around from concept drawing to completion, with the painting phase being 1-3 weeks.
A twenty percent retainer fee will be paid up-front before I start the commission. This fee is used to purchase materials for the commission.
If a commission is being shipped, client will cover full shipping fee.
Please note that pricing includes my experience, time, supplies, and cost of the surface for your painting.
Medium Types
Acrylic
Contemporary look, not as dimensional as oil. Fast-drying. Ideal for pet portraits, landscapes, and still life paintings.
Acrylic is also a great option for prop and set paintings.
Done on canvas or wood panel.
Oil
Dimensional, classical look. Oil is an “old world” medium. Slow-drying. Great for portraits, still life, and landscapes paintings.
Done on canvas or wood panel.
Watercolor
Illustrated, whimsical look. Watercolor is looser than acrylic and oil. Airy feel, fast drying. Excellent for landscapes.
This process is less forgiving which is reflected in pricing.
Watercolor paper will be matted before delivery.
